Katniss Goes All Banksy In The New ‘Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2’ Poster

Don’t let the Honest Trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 fool you — Part 2 is on its way, and it (as well as the film series’ massive following) doesn’t give a damn about the Internet’s tomfoolery. We haven’t seen a Jennifer Lawrence-heavy media campaign for the film yet, but the first poster arrived via Twitter on Monday afternoon.

Just in case you weren’t sure, that’s a beheaded statue of President Snow (Donald Sutherland), the not-so-nice dictatorial leader of the Capitol. It looks like Katniss (or someone else in the resistance) went all Banksy on his ass.

If you’ve read the books, then you know whether or not anything actually happens to Snow — at least, in the books. We won’t know for certain how closely Mockingjay – Part 2 follows Suzanne Collins’s YA novel until November 20.
