This New ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ Featurette Takes You Inside The Mind Of George Miller

It’s been three decades since a Mad Max movie graced the big-screen. Franchise creator George Miller has worked on many non-post apocalyptic films since (Happy Feet, anyone?). But one long airline flight 12-years ago sparked an idea in the director’s head that has lead us back into the dystopian world of Max Rockatansky.

This new Mad Max: Fury Road featurette shows Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult and other members of the film’s cast and crew waxing poetic about what it’s like to be thrown into George Miller’s visionary world.

I think Tom Hardy put it best by saying:

“You’re not really in a movie, you’re in George’s head.”

I guess we’ll be getting our chance to get in George’s head when Mad Max: Fury Road hits theaters on Friday May 15th.
