The Carbonite Maneuver is a fun trailer that mashes up Star Wars and Star Trek in the style of a 1980’s movie trailer. It’s also a bad ass reminder of just how cool these silly mashup videos can turn out.
If you’ve ever wanted to see Darth Vader plot and scheme to capture the Genesis Device, watch AT ATs assault Star Fleet in San Francisco, or cheer on the Enterprise as it takes on a group of tie fighters and completes the Death Star trench run, this is the clip for you. It takes all of the coolest bits and throws them all together for one nice looking fan experience (even if it makes little sense with the stories).
