Rihanna’s New Video Is Basically A Raw Recap Of Her Relationship With Chris Brown

Rihanna’s just-released video for “We Found Love” begins with a voiceover:

“I saw you you screaming…You always feel ashamed that someone could be that important that without them you feel like nothing. No one will ever understand how much it hurts. You feel hopeless, like nothing can save you. And when it’s over and it’s gone you almost wish you could have all that stuff back so you can have the good.”

Then for the next four minutes or so we see the new Sexist Woman Alive going through the ups and downs of a tumultuous relationship with a dude who bears a striking resemblance to Chris Brown, right down to the frosted hair. Hmmmm. I wonder what this is all about? Where o where did she get the inspiration for this? It should be noted that video does not, however, show Rihanna walking in on Chris Brown and another man burying their swords in each other.

“This is probably one of the deepest videos I’ve ever done,” Rihanna said of the video. “It’s all about love and love being like a drug, you definitely get that from this.”

All bullsh*t aside, the video below is pretty great and I think anyone who’s ever been in a bad relationship — which is most of us (Who hasn’t looked back and wondered, “OH GOD WHAT WAS I THINKING?”) — can relate to it.
