When Drake released the track listing for Nothing Was the Same, one song in particular caught everyone’s eyes: “Wu-Tang Forever.” What did it mean? Would Drizzy start rapping like Method Man, or maybe he’d explain how Enter the 36 Chambers got him through the rough times, when he JUST the star of a Canadian soap opera?
Turns out, it was neither: the only thing “Wu-Tang Forever” has to do with Wu-Tang is the “It’s Yourz” sample. Also, like all things Wu-Tang, it’s pretty great, Drake at his most focused. Maybe he’s been playing chess?
