Macklemore’s ‘Thrift Shop’ Is Now One Of The Top-Selling Singles In U.S. History

According to Chart News, that’s how many people have purchased “Thrift Shop,” the single that catapulted Macklemore and Ryan Lewis to fame on a makeshift catapult they found for pennies on the dollars at Salvation Army. Maybe this is too inside baseball for you, but in the biz, we call that a poop-ton of sales.

So much so that “Thrift Shop” is now one of the highest selling RIAA-certified singles in U.S. history.
