Duck the Halls: A Robertson Family Christmas, the officially licensed holiday soundtrack for A&E’s mega-popular Duck Dynasty, was released to Walmart aisle sevens on October 29, 2013. As we inch ever closer to Christmas, and beyond Hanukkah, the sales numbers continue to impress. In its fifth week of release, Duck the Halls, featuring hit singles “Ragin’ Cajun Redneck Christmas” and “Hairy Christmas,” sold 105,000 copies, or only 2,000 less than Britney Spears’s new album, Britney Jean…in its first week out. They’re a very happy bunch.
