Miley Cyrus posted a picture of what appears to be a yellow cat with a tear running down it’s face tattoed on the inside of her lip to her Instagram account with the hashtag #f*ckyeahtulsa on Friday, following a Tulsa, Oklahoma stop on her Bangerz tour. Inner lip tattoos are one of those things that I will never, ever understand — but on the scale of stuff Miley does that she’ll probably eventually regret (with 10 being posing topless for “Uncle Terry”) it only rates about a 2.5. Not too bad!
