Beyoncé Got All Patriotic In A New Swimsuit Magazine Cover

What makes America great in 2015? It’s not our educational system. Our identity as manufacturers is pretty well shot. We don’t even have the world’s largest middle class anymore. If there’s one thing that keeps us from going full Aaron Sorkin, it’s that America produced Beyoncé.

Queen Bey went all patriotic in an excellent swimsuit photo shoot for BEAT Magazine. If Beyoncé in flag one-piece in the Hamptons isn’t “Rock, Flag and Eagle” enough for you, just check out the size of that flag behind her. God bless the queen America.

Knowing what we now know, it may be your patriotic duty to give Mathew Knowles $200 to help create an army of Sasha Fierces (Sashas Fierce?).

The shoot was done for little-known free magazine BEAT, and they were suitably excited about getting Bey for the cover.

“Ladies and gentleman. Pray silence and please be upstanding for the actual BEYONCÉ on the cover of the new issue of BEAT.

JUST LOOK AT IT.”

It’s worth noting that BEAT is an English magazine, and even they were overwhelmed with the urge to hold Bey up as a shining exemplar of the US of A. So what if you have a functioning health care system? We have Third Ward Trill. Bow down, b*tches.
