Ellen DeGeneres created the ultimate addition to the “Hotline Bling” meme canon with an edited version that inserted a dancing Bernie Sanders into Drake’s totally-not-inspired-by-James-Turrell (but also definitely inspired by Turrell) video. The resulting video, let’s call it “Hotline Bern” is pretty great. Check it out up top.
Ellen has proven adept at embarrassing Democratic presidential candidates by getting them to dance. The other side, of course, needs no help making fools of themselves.
