Allow Moby To Take You On An Architectural Tour Of LA

It’s still hard for me to wrap my brain around the fact that noted rawdog enthusiast Moby is now an LA guy. When I moved to New York in 2002 the cue ball-headed swordsman lived around the corner from me on the Lower East Side and opened up a vegan food/tea joint soon thereafter. I’d see him all the time, playing board games in his joint, bumping around the hood — you know, normal stuff. But he was sort of a living, breathing embodiment of that neighborhood back then, and LA is so far removed from that, I think.

Whatever, people change, and Moby is now giving video tours of his favorite Los Angeles-area architectural landmarks in to Tumblr (He also has a Tumblr devoted to LA architecture). He and Ice Cube should get together and do a duet about the Eames House or something.
