Ariana Grande is a beloved favorite on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show, but this appearance may be her most fun yet.
Airing on July 13’s episode, the dynamic duo dropped a new music video for the 23-year-old power vocalist’s hit single, “Into You.” Potentially rivaling the original, this lip sync collaboration between Grande and Fallon was shot entirely on Snapchat.
Making use of seemingly every filter the app has to offer, this rendition of the Dangerous Woman single features Grande smushed within a piece of toast, donning a viking helmet and corresponding beard, sporting furry cat ears and more. Meanwhile Fallon, 41, employs the puppy filter, the cuddly teddy bear one and the duet partners even have one mildly horrifying moment when they utilize the face swap option.
As the track comes to an end, still rocking the fuzzy face of a bee, Grande in a squeaky voice Snapchat believes these flying insects to have, exclaims, “I love you Jimmy!” If anyone had any doubts about their friendship before, their bond is now official as that declaration of love was sent via Snapchat. That’s as close to legally binding as you can get.
