Bon Iver’s First Live Set In Three Years Is Now Available To Watch Online

Bon Iver played the headlining set at his personally curated festival-cum-hometown celebration Eaux Claires Festival. Beyond the notable fact that Justin Vernon put together an entire festival to celebrate his tiny Wisconsin home, his set as Bon Iver was his first live performance in three years and included two previously unheard tracks.

Check out the whole set above. Vernon was joined onstage by Colin Stetson, No BS! Brass Band, yMusic, The Staves, Aaron and Bryce Dessner, and Josh Scott. Vernon spent parts of the set fighting back tears, right there with the untold number in the crowd who just really feel “For Emma” on a spiritual level, y’know?

For the lazy, the new songs start at a little after the hour mark and lead directly into “Skinny Love.”
