Fan Uses Clips From Porn Movies To Make Song Tribute Video (SFW)

Well here’s something fresh to start your morning! A fan (allegedly) of the band Bad Lamps — which describes its music on its Facebook page as “Electro Pop, Soultronic, Folktronic music that is simple and sweet” — has taken one of their songs, “Never Know The Difference,” and made a YouTube tribute video of sorts using pre-sex scene clips from porn movies, and it’s kinda cool, though I did find it a bit unsettling to recognize quite a few of the ladies in the video, but that’s neither here nor there. The fan (allegedly) wrote in the description, “This is my fan made video for a song I like. It took a long time to get this footage together so I hope you like it.”

The video popped up on Reddit last night and I think a Reddit commenter “MikeeB84” summed up nicely exactly how I felt watching it…

Without the porn you can really see the actors as real, raw people. It humanized all the women that I would fap to and forget about, not realizing they have real emotions, needs, wants, desires, and dreams. I would just objectify them to get my sick pleasures and move on like it was nothing.

Needless to say, it was somewhat difficult to masturbate to this, but I managed.

Yes, yes MikeeB84…EXACTLY!

With all of that said, I doubt very seriously that whoever posted this to YouTube was a fan. After all, the band appears to have been largely unknown prior to this video showing up on Reddit. Virtually all of the comments on its Facebook page are from Reddit users who sought out the page to compliment them on the song in the video. And as of this writing, the Bad Lamps only has 97 “likes” on its page — and the video below is the only one the alleged fan has uploaded to YouTube. So more than likely, this is a viral marketing thing done by the band or whoever’s managing them, but it’s kinda brilliant.
