Arcade Fire has impressively played a geography-based cover during almost every stop on their Reflektor tour. There was Prince in Minneapolis, Devo in Ohio, and now, the greatest song about a city ever recorded, Boyz II Men’s “Motownphilly” in, you guessed it, Philadelphia. It sounds a lot less funky and smooth and perfect than it should, but still: it’s Arcade Fire covering Boyz II Men. That’s pretty cool(eyhighharmony).
