Plenty of folks out there wish that Justin Bieber would just fall off a stage and disappear. Let’s call them “people who haven’t heard Purpose.” Well, for one brief, shining moment they all got their wish when the Biebz took a casual stroll into a stateside abyss.
Bieber was playing in Saskatoon — a city in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan that sounds like someone trying to say “Saskatchewan” with a mouth full of poutine (we realize all of Canada is not the same) — when he went full Diddy and beefed it off the stage. In spite of him getting the exact opposite of a running start, he hit the stage with quite a bit of force if the audio is any judge.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Bieber has a ride-or-die security guard like the one employed by Travis $cott. But with his fall, he finds himself in good company. Whether it’s The Edge walking off of well, the edge or Busta Rhymes flopping into the crowd, countless stars (and Igloo Australia) have found themselves unexpectedly on their ass. Bieber can take solace in the fact that he wasn’t left out in the cold like Carly Fiorina. And any way of ending up on the ground is better than this embarrassing video of him being manhandled after Game 3 of the NBA Finals.
