Katy Perry Got A Tattoo To Commemorate The Super Bowl Halftime Show

People forget that the Super Bowl Halftime Show isn’t just another concert for the musical acts that are tasked with doubling down on the previous years spectacle while entertaining more than 100 million viewers and keeping their shirt on. It’s an honor, given only to the biggest musical acts — and one time, to the Blues Brothers with Jim Belushi sitting in for John — and so to commemorate her turn under the lights, Katy Perry got some ink to keep this momentous achievement with her for all time.

As you can see from the picture below, it’s a simple and unobtrusive marking, which is good because a picture of two dancing sharks on her face and/or a large mechanical tiger across her back might have been a bit much and the face tat probably would have put the kibosh on her ProActiv deal. With that said, it’s still early, so maybe Katy has more pics to reveal.
