Kendrick Lamar is cheating on Imagine Dragons with Tame Impala, and we’re totally cool with it. Lamar, who earlier this year made the Grammys semi-watchable with his ridiculous performance of “mAAd city/Radioactive” with the least threatening band to be named after the most threatening animal, has now teamed up with the Australian psych-rockers. “Backwards,” a reworked version of Tame’s “Feels Like We Only Go Backwards,” appears on the Divergent soundtrack, so it’s Shailene Woodley-approved.
