Yesterday we told you about noted level-headed person Kanye West allegedly punching an 18 year-old at a chiropractor’s office for using racial slurs or calling Kim Kardashian a slut, or a combination thereof.
So of course they hugged it out and there’s no further story development right? We can all go back to productive lives?

According to Detectives Rosewood and Foley of the Beverly Hills Police Department, Kanye West is now under investigation for misdemeanor assault for his actions against who we shall heretofore call Richie Rich McBadBackerstein.
In today’s latest development via Spin, Kim has filed a police report against the kid who got punched for threatening her life.
Now there’s more, as TMZ‘s sources say Kardashian is filing a police report in hopes the 18-year-old man will be charged for allegedly yelling at her, “I will kill you, sl*t.”
“You shut your mouth right now Richie or else I’ll make you see a Chinese doctor!”

Kardashian was at the building when the man reportedly started shouting at the surrounding paparazzi, “F*ck these f*gg*t-*ss n*ggers.” She told him to cut out the slurs. He then started yelling at her: “F*ck you, b*tch. Just trying to help you. Shut up, n*gger lover, stupid sl*t.” As TMZ’s story goes, Kardashian called up West during all this, and the other guy cried out, “F*ck you, n*gger,” and ultimately West punched the unnamed teen in a chiropractor’s waiting room.
Keep in mind all of this happened in a Beverly Hills medical building waiting room, probably while Mel Silver was cheating on his wife.
Now while the usually tight-lipped Kardashian clan likes to keep issues like this out of the private eye, hopefully soon we’ll know more details about this latest plot development…err, I mean legal action. Stay tuned.
