With her new album Joanne a little more than two weeks away, Lady Gaga, has hit the road to promote the album but she has chosen to play some interesting surprise venues rather than her usual big arenas. Lady Gaga’s Bud Light sponsored “Dive Bar” tour will be hitting three bars in the coming weeks and Wednesday night’s performance in Nashville was the first stop on the mini tour.

The sets were expected to be short, sweet, and intimate which Mother Monster provided for her Little Monster fans. Gaga’s setlist consisted of new tracks from her upcoming album, Joanne, including “Perfect Illusion,” “Sinner’s Prayer,” “A-Yo,” and the newest single “Million Reasons,” which she performed with the song’s Nashville native co-writer Hillary Lindsey.

Wednesday night’s surprise performance took place in East Nashville’s The 5 Spot and had Gaga fans lined up all day waiting to see her. With night one of the Dive Bar tour now complete, Lady Gaga (or the name which she told audience members to call her tonight, Joanne) will be surprising two more cities on October 20th and October 27th.
