I’d normally question why a band is still making music videos for an album that’s nearly two years old, but as long as that band is M83, that album is Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming, and that music video stars a blue-haired Lily Collins, me don’t care. In the Bryce Dallas Howard-directed “Claudia Lewis,” Collins, as well as Awkward.‘s Ashley Rickard and Israel Broussard, walk in slow motion, cry, then walk in slow motion again.
It’s light on plot, heavy on UPPERCASE EMOTION. Kind of like Howard’s Lady in the Water. Minus the emotion.
