Miley Cyrus dropped by The Tonight Show last night and naturally, Jay Leno asked her about that petulant little butthole Justin Bieber, because that’s all anyone can talk about this week. Miley, surprisingly, had some wise words of advice for Bieber, telling him: “You know, you’ve got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don’t get in trouble.” You know, instead of paying people to lose at basketball.
While Miley does do a lot of really dumb things; and I mean really, super incredibly dumb things that one day she is going to look back on and cringe forever and ever — I mean seriously that tongue thing — she does make a very valid point: We’ve never seen a Miley mugshot. And we probably won’t, because for all of her terrible fashion choices, letting her dumb antics overshadow her music, and letting Uncle Terry touch her in her special places; I believe that when it comes down to it she’s got a reasonably OK head on her shoulders.
Good advice or not, I think the Bieber meltdown train has long since left the station and at this point all we can do is grab some popcorn and enjoy the show.
