You know the story: the tawdry tales from the rock and roll lifestyle. Life on the road brings lots of sex, drugs, rock and roll, fame and excess, all while singing bubblegum pop songs with perfectly coiffed hair.
Today’s chapter comes from those comely lads across the pond in One Direction. The former fivesome stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote their most recent album, Made in the A.M., and things took a little detour while playing a game of Never Have I Ever. (Oh, Ellen. Things are always like a slumber party over there.)
When asked if any of the members of the band have ever hooked up with a fan, Harry Styles — a former Mr. Taylor Swift and subject of her song “Style” — begrudgingly admitted yes. And to be perfectly honest, who could blame him or the fan? It’s a story as old as time.
Also, this is probably the shrewdest business move of all-time. By bashfully admitting that he’s hooked up with a fan, it makes every crazy Directioner on the Internet think that they could possibly be next in line, so the band will sell a bunch of tickets and keep the money train moving, despite perhaps their most talented member leaving the group. For all we know, he could have made it up.
