Everyone’s favorite political rabble-rousers Prophets of Rage dropped “No Sleep Til Cleveland,” the second song from their debut EP The Party’s Over, Thursday on Beats 1 Radio. The track was inspired by the band’s summer vacation in Cleveland, when they performed a handful of shows under the shadows of the Republican National Convention.

While there, the group, comprised of members of Rage Against the Machine, Cypress Hill and Public Enemy, joined and organized protests, as well as provided musical accompaniment to those marching in the city streets. And just in case you weren’t aware of the source material, “No Sleep Til Cleveland” is their beefed up, updated version of the Beastie Boys’ classic “No Sleep Til Brooklyn.”

In addition to “Prophets of Rage” and “No Sleep Til Cleveland,” The Party’s Over includes live versions of “Killing in the Name” by Rage Against the Machine and Public Enemy’s “Shut Em Down” as well as a second original tune, “The Party’s Over.” Their Make America Rage Again tour kicks off Friday in Fairfax, Virginia and runs through the middle of October, leaving them plenty of time to be active as we get closer to Election Day. The Party’s Over is slated to be released on August 25.
