School cancellations are exciting for kids, but they’re also torturous day-wreckers for parents. So a school in Kentucky has taken their snow day announcements to the next level to make sure everyone is entertained.
Stephens Elementary School Principal James Detwiler and drama teacher Chad Caddell recorded the above snow-themed parody of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” to announce Monday’s snow day. It was the school’s “ninth or tenth” cancellation or delay of the year to that point, so you can’t really blame them using their impressive pipes to spice things up.
