So we’ve officially established that “Call Me Maybe” is the 2012 Song of Summer, correct? I mean how could it not be? I exclusively listen to Danish Death Metal stations on satellite radio and I still feel like I’m being suffocated by that GD hypnotic song and its YouTube parodies.
For the sake of our collective sanity I’m not introducing any new covers or parodies or anything remotely musical here. Nope, instead I’ve collected the best image parodies the world wide web has to offer at this point. I find them to be much less nauseating and mostly amusing way to innocuously mock pop culture with internet culture. Pro tip for the singles: “Call me or face the consequences” gets more results.
