Arcade Fire’s Win Butler and the Rolling Stones became such pals after they performed on SNL together in 2012 that Mick & Co. asked the proud father to perform “The Last Time” with them last night in Montreal. It’s a cruel tease that, with all due aged respect to the Stones, Arcade Fire should be the one touring the globe right now, playing material from their upcoming album (rumored to come out later this year) and charging way too much for beer.
But I GUESS we’ll have to settle for the Rolling Stones.
