Oh what do you know — Wilco was the musical guest on Conan last night, to commemorate the release of their new iTunes session, presumably.
Recorded at the band’s Chicago loft last month, the session includes new versions of five songs from their latest album, The Whole Love, along with recordings of two older tracks and a take on Nick Lowe’s “Cruel to Be Kind” featuring Lowe himself.
And yes, it’s lovely. Would you really expect anything less?
