Donald Trump has truly done the impossible. And no, it has nothing to do with what’s happening in Cleveland and the RNC.
The squintiest presidential candidate in recent memory actually led to a G-Eazy and Macklemore song that’s pretty universally great. The two rappers were on fire when they hopped on the remix of YG’s “FDT (F*ck Donald Trump)”.
The When It’s Dark Out rapper clearly took the crown in this particular track with comparisons of Trump to Hitler and tearing into The Donald’s reaction to the Orlando shooting. However, that’s not for Macklemore’s lack of trying. Far from mega-mackles like this, the rapper actually lands some decent lines. A few examples:
“Your politics are like a Starburst pack (Why?), Nobody f*cks with the orange one.” and “How bout we stop selling automatic guns? You’re rich ’cause your daddy gave you automatic funds.” (The former line could be controversial depending on what Starburst you think is best. #TeamPink)
YG comes in at the end of the track to bat clean-up. Undeterred by the Secret Service attention he received after the first song, the Still Brazy rapper pitches a third term for Barack Obama, since we’re fast running out of chances for Donald Trump to fail. Check out the whole thing up top.
