Charlie Sheen’s Alleged ‘Sex Contract’ Will Make You Grateful You’re Not Famous

This week Charlie Sheen returned to headline news with the unfortunate news that he’s HIV-positive. While this news has saddened some and angered a great deal of others, it’s also unleashed a treasure trove (dark and scary cave?) of Sheen information on an unsuspecting public. Case in point? Today’s revelation that the actor had women he slept with sign a non-disclosure agreement before having sex with them.

According to In Touch, which reports it got its hands on the contract Sheen asked women to sign, those who had relations with Sheen had to agree to such romantic conditions as not telling anyone about their time with Sheen, sharing any media from their assignations or participating in interviews about the actor. In addition, they couldn’t reveal anything that the public didn’t already know about Sheen. So if Charlie Sheen has an elephant-shaped birth mark on his left buttock? We’d never know unless someone broke the contract. Doing so, however, would result in a $100,000 fine.

That also means that if someone did find out Sheen was HIV-positive, letting anyone but an attorney know would result in a huge penalty that many people wouldn’t be able to pay.

While In Touch doesn’t point out exactly how Sheen had his sexual partners sign off on the contracts, I’m having a hard time finding a way that I’d have something like this sprung on me and then want to continue a sexy party. Especially, if I’m imagining correctly, Sheen had his lawyers ready and present to get the appropriate signatures. Even without the revelation that he’s HIV-positive, that doesn’t sound like something any of us would want to do or keep track of in our own personal lives.

You can read the actual contract here. No one but In Touch has vouched for its veracity yet, but considering how much tabloids would pay for any and all information about Sheen, it makes some sense.
