Earlier today, Bruce Jenner was involved in a fatal car accident in Malibu, California. According to USA Today, the former surrogate patriarch of the Kardashian clan allegedly wasn’t harmed in the incident, but another unidentified person was killed either during or immediately after the crash:

The crash occurred at approximately 12:12 pm Pacific time in the town of Malibu, at the corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Corral Canyon Road, said Sgt. Matthew Dunn of the Los Angeles Police Department.

“There was one fatility,” Dunn said.

CNN reports that the incident involved a total of three vehicles along the Pacific Coast Highway. (If you’re not familiar with the PCH, that’s the highway Tony Stark races along with reckless abandon in the three Iron Man films. Because, you know, he’s Tony Stark.)

Just over a week ago, news of Jenner’s upcoming reality television show for the E! Network surfaced. The series intends to display (via the absolute realism of an unscripted series) Jenner’s gender transition during his post-Kardashian years.
