Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda isn’t wasting any time when it comes to life away from the stage. The Broadway star, who’s set to leave his history-making musical this month, is already gifting fans with some new music that has nothing to do with our founding fathers. Miranda recently collaborated with Jennifer Lopez and the pair debuted a teaser of their new song “Love Make the World Go Round” on Twitter over the holiday weekend.

The song is dedicated to the victims of the Orlando nightclub shooting with proceeds going to the Hispanic Federation’s Somos Orlando campaign. The group is providing crisis intervention and mental health care to people affected by the tragedy and the community at large. Fans have already taken to social media to give a thumbs up to the new track and thank the artists for lending their talent and celebrity to a good cause.

This isn’t the first time Miranda’s used his voice to defend the rights of the LGBT community and express his condolences to victims of the attack. During this year’s Tony Awards, the star gave a moving speech while accepting the award for Best Original Score, condemning the shootings and encouraging love and acceptance for all. Here’s hoping people take that message to heart.
