Jorunalist Rita Cosby recently welcomed outspoken comedian Rosie O’Donnell on her radio show, Election Central, to make sense out of the current presidential race and follow-up on her feud with Donald Trump. After some pleasantries, naturally, the conversation shifted to Trump, who has dominated political discussion of late with attacks on women and minorities. For her part, Rosie let loose on the television host/republican front runner, who insulted Rosie O’Donnell in the early days of his campaign.

Rosie said she was “surprised” she was brought up “as a punchline with impunity,” but praised Megyn Kelly who later stood up to Trump at a debate on FOX.

“The only person who had the guts to stand up to him about it was Megyn Kelly…

Megyn Kelly was a superhero, fighter for the truth when she said that, and he revealed who he was with his answer.” 19:15-“I was stunned that when he was attacking me.”

Rosie said she doesn’t regret the feud:

“No, I do not… And I don’t regret everything that’s happened since because if anything, it’s a great way to show the moral character of this human being who’s running for president.”

“He’s not even qualified to run a game show.”

The conversation then shifted to Rosie’s overall thoughts on Trump and what he represents in this election.

“He is the worst representation of what the United States is or could be. He is everything we should reject as a nation. He’s like a bully for the mafia. Like he thinks that he can shut you up, like he’s Tony Soprano.”

For what it’s worth, Tony at least fed ducks and could be a nice guy at times. He was a good tipper and probably didn’t get his steaks well-done.

At the end of the interview, Rosie gave her prediction for how the democratic primary in New York will go, and how that will lead into Trump being done in politics forever.

“[Hillary Clinton] will win and Bernie Sanders will concede…. She will ask him to help her to get to the White House which is the goal that will protect all of humanity as well as the nation’s reputation.”

So there you have it – Rosie O’Donnell’s unfiltered view on Trump, whom she also likened to Voldemort. After being called everything from Hitler, to Mussolini to Tony Soprano, the comparison to Harry Potter’s evil nemesis probably the most interesting.
