Donald Trump lost to Ted Cruz in the Iowa Caucus and won’t stop talking about it. In a tweet on Wednesday, he went so far to accuse Cruz of stealing the vote during the Monday event. Cruz responded by saying that Trump was throwing a #Trumpertantrum.

As NBC News reports, Cruz also mentioned the “Trumpertantrum” IRL at a New Hampshire campaign stop. “It’s no surprise that Donald is throwing yet another temper tantrum — or, if you’d like, yet another ‘Trumpertantrum.’ It seems that his reaction to everything is to throw a fit, to engage in insults,” he said.
Cruz even said that his daughters are better behaved than Trump. Presumably this includes the daughter who wouldn’t hug him, which makes the barb even funnier (but also kind of sadder for Cruz himself).
Luckily for Trump, he’s leading in the polls ahead of the New Hampshire primary by a lot. We’ll see if #Trumpertantrum makes that race close, though.
