Alistair Overeem Will Be Happy To Knee Brock Lesnar’s Guts To Death Again If Necessary

At SummerSlam, Brock Lesnar is walking into a match with John Cena and could (slash will, if the Internet is to be believed) walk out as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Word around the brutally-beaten water cooler is that part-time wrestler Brock’s also eyeing a return to his MMA career. He’s got time, after all. And hey, if Bobby Lashley can be TNA Champion and fight for Bellator, Lesnar can escalate every aspect of that.

Apparently one of the big reasons Brock wants to return is to get his win back against Alistair Overeem, the man who effectively ended Lesnar’s MMA career by kneeing him in the diverticulitis at UFC 141. It was an embarrassing first-round TKO that sent Brock into retirement … or, as close to retirement as Brock Lesnar gets.

Overeem addressed the rumors on his Instagram, which is what people do now:

Overeem’d better be careful, or he’ll end up in a pile of blood and urine and vomit. No matter what happens, can we get Paul Heyman cutting promos on UFC pay-per-views?
