Here are your quick and dirty, editorial-free WWE Raw results for August 4, 2014. The show was headlined by a Beat The Clock Challenge and a main-event contract signing for Stephanie McMahon vs. Brie Bella, because John Cena and Brock Lesnar weren’t around.

Be back here tomorrow for the Best and Worst of WWE Raw column.

WWE Raw results:

- The show opened with Triple H announcing a Beat The Clock Challenge between Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins. The person who defeats their opponent in the shortest amount of time can choose the stipulation for their match at SummerSlam. Roman Reigns interrupts, and a Last Man Standing match between Reigns and Kane is made for right now.

1. Roman Reigns defeated Kane. This was a Last Man Standing Match. Kane put Reigns through a table with a chokeslam, but he wouldn’t stay down. Reigns won with a spear that kept Kane down for a 10-count.

- A Brock Lesnar/John Cena SummerSlam hype video aired. Two hours later, it aired (in full) again.

2. Mark Henry defeated Damien Sandow. Sandow was dressed as an Oklahoma Sooner. Texas Longhorn Henry quickly defeated him with a World’s Strongest Slam.

3. Dean Ambrose defeated Alberto Del Rio. Ambrose won a long Beat The Clock Challenge match with the Dirty Deeds. The time of his match was 15:32.

4. Rusev defeated Sin Cara. The entire match took place during the commercial break. This is not a joke. After the match (on television), Rusev and Lana got into another argument with Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter. The segment ended with Rusev beating up Swagger with the pole of his Russian flag.

5. Dolph Ziggler defeated Cesaro. Ziggler won a very short match with the Zig Zag. The Miz was on color commentary.

6. Goldust and Stardust defeated Rybaxel. Stardust won the match for his team with a reverse STO called “Dark Matter.”

7. Chris Jericho defeated Luke Harper. The stipulation here was that if Jericho won, Luke Harper would be banned from ringside at SummerSlam. Jericho won by disqualification when Bray Wyatt interfered.

8. Diego defeated Fandango. Fandango was accompanied to the ring by his new dance partner Hornswoggle. Diego was accompanied by Layla, Summer Rae and El Torito. Fandango accidentally bumped into Hornswoggle and lost via a Backstabber. After the match, Hornswoggle threw in with Diego’s crew and they danced.

9. Bo Dallas defeated R-Truth. Bo won with a rollup holding Truth’s tights. Pants. After the match, Bo beat up Truth and Bo-Dogged him on the floor.

10. HEATH SLATER DEFEATED SETH ROLLINS. NOT A TYPO. THIS WAS THE SECOND BEAT THE CLOCK CHALLENGE MATCH. DEAN AMBROSE DISTRACTED SETH ROLLINS THROUGHOUT THE MATCH, RIPPING UP THE MONEY IN THE BANK CONTRACT AND FILLING THE BRIEFCASE WITH FOOD AND BEVERAGES. SLATER WAS ABLE TO ROLL UP ROLLINS TO GET A SURPRISE THREE. DEAN AMBROSE GETS TO CHOOSE THE STIPULATION FOR THE AMBROSE/ROLLINS MATCH AT SUMMERSLAM.

- The show’s main event was a contract signing for the SummerSlam match between Stephanie McMahon and Brie Bella. Brie threatened Stephanie. Stephanie responded by pedigreeing both Bella Twins and making out with her husband.
