WWE Raw Results 10/13/14

Here are your quick and dirty, editorial-free WWE Raw results for October 13, 2014. The episode featured a “contract on a pole” main event between John Cena and Dean Ambrose with Hell in a Cell ramifications, as well as Rusev vs. Big Show one-on-one.

WWE Raw results:

– The show opened with Dean Ambrose and John Cena arguing. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon put them into a triple threat tag team match.

1. John Cena and Dean Ambrose defeated Goldust and Stardust and The Usos. Cena and Ambrose simultaneously hit finishers on Goldust and Stardust to win the match. After the match, Triple H put Cena and Ambrose into a “contract on a pole” main-event, with the winner moving on to face Seth Rollins at Hell in a Cell.

– A little later in the show, Randy Orton called dibs on the loser of the contract on a pole match for a match at Hell in a Cell.

2. AJ Lee and Layla defeated Paige and Alicia Fox. AJ pinned Alicia after a Shining Wizard. After the match, AJ beat up Layla.

3. Randy Orton defeated Dolph Ziggler. Orton had Ziggler up for a powerbomb, tossed him into the air and RKO’d him on the way down for the pinfall victory. After the match, Seth Rollins showed up and Curb Stomped Ziggler for added injury.

4. Seth Rollins defeated Jack Swagger. Rollins won with a rollup. After the match, Randy Orton slid into the ring and hit Swagger with an RKO.

5. Rusev defeated Big Show. Rusev had Big Show in The Accolade, but Mark Henry interfered and attacked him, drawing a disqualification. After the match, Show and Henry cornered Rusev outside of the ring and knocked him out.

6. The Miz defeated Sheamus. Sheamus was distracted outside of the ring by Damien Mizdow and lost by count-out.

7. Brie Bella, Natalya and Naomi defeated Cameron, Summer Rae and Nikki Bella. Brie pinned Nikki with a facebuster. Guest star NeNe Leakes managed the face Divas.

8. Dean Ambrose defeated John Cena. This was a “contract on a pole match,” with the winner facing Seth Rollins at Hell in a Cell and the loser facing Randy Orton. The Authority interfered, and while Cena was Attitude Adjusting Kane, Ambrose snuck up the ropes and pulled down the contract to win.
