WWE Live Smackdown Results 1/29/15

Here are your quick, dirty, commentary-free Smackdown results for January 29, 2015. Reportedly the show mostly consisted of stuff that was supposed to happen this Monday’s Raw, which ended up being a clipshow because of scary white stuff falling from the sky.

WWE Smackdown results:

– Triple H joked about the blizzard, balls and acknowledged the controversy over Roman Reigns winning the Royal Rumble. Triple H promised an announcement that would shake WWE to it’s core on Monday. Reigns came down to boos and had a brief confrontation with Hunter, who set up a match against the Big Show.

1. Roman Reigns defeated Big Show. Reigns managed to get the spear for the win after a failed trip to the top rope by Big Show.

– A bunch of superstars did Arnold Schwarzenegger impersonations to celebrate him entering the Hall of Fame.

– Seth Rollins issued an open challenge, Ryback answered and Rollins and J&J Security mobbed him. Erick Rowan and Dolph Ziggler made the save, but the bad guys managed to escape.

2. Tyson Kidd defeated Jey Uso. Tyson won with his neckbreaker thing in a quick match.

– Rusev dismissed John Cena as a man without a title, and thus not a challenge to him. Cena came out, challenged Rusev to a fight and made derogatory remarks about Lana. Rusev backed off.

3. The Ascension defeated Gold and Stardust. The Ascension won with the Fall of Man after Stardust blind-tagged himself into the match.

– A wizard made a cookie regenerate and played magical pranks on The Miz.

4. Daniel Bryan defeated Kane in a Casket Match. After a lengthy match, which Kane mostly dominated, Bryan managed to hit the flying knee through the ropes, knocking Kane into the casket for the victory.
