WWE May Have Let Brock Lesnar Do A Rare Blade Job During the WrestleMania 31 Main-Event

The WrestleMania 31 main-event was an unusually bloody affair by current WWE standards. Brock suffered several minor cuts and contusions in the early going, then near the end of the match he was sent into the post and suddenly the red stuff was flowing freely.

Of course, Brock has a bit of a history of bleeding when he’s not supposed to. Remember when Brock ended up gushing like stuck pig on Raw during the height of the PG-era when they couldn’t even say “damn” on TV?

Maybe the guy just has too much blood, or it’s actually his FIGHTING SPIRIT leaking out. Either way, most assumed that Brock had just accidentally busted himself open again at Mania. Well, it turns out that blood may have been more calculated. Fans have picked up on this interesting little moment where it appears that the ref is carefully handing something to Roman Reigns. Speculation is that it was a blade that Roman either handed off to Brock later, or used to cut Brock himself.

Is there something rotten in Suplex City?

Whether Brock bladed or not is an unimportant distinction. Hard way blood happens and can’t be entirely avoided, but if Brock bladed, that means WWE knowingly violated their own PG guidelines. So, in other words, everybody involved will deny this until their dying breaths, but there certainly seemed to be some sketchy business going to during the match.

What do you people think? Did Brock blade, or is the guy’s epidermis just more fragile than the skin on the top of tomato soup?
