NXT wrestler Hideo Itami left a kick-sized hole in our hearts when he had to leave the show due to a shoulder injury. Hideo recently underwent surgery, and was kind enough to post pictures of his gross post-surgery situation:

Itami is currently on his way back to Japan to recover. It’s estimated that he’ll be out for six to eight months, but he’ll have a pretty badass scar to show for it.
