Arnold Schwarzenegger As The Terminator Is A ‘WWE 2K16’ Pre-Order Exclusive. No, Seriously.

“Hasta la vista, Maggle!”

The love affair between WWE and the Terminator franchise continues. First, there was Triple H’s wonderfully absurd entrance for his match against Sting at WrestleMania 31. Then, Roman Reigns popped up for no reason in a Terminator: Genisys commercial. Now, WWE Hall of Famer (celebrity wing) Arnold Schwarzenegger as the T-800 is a pre-order exclusive, playable character in the upcoming WWE 2K16.

WWE and 2K made the announcement on Monday with a recreation of Terminator 2’s bar fight scene with WWE Superstars and Divas. Eva Marie confirmed for 2K16! Sadly the clip ends before Dean Ambrose gets thrown onto a stove, but it’s still pretty great. I see you lurking back there, Finn Bálor!

According to the press release, you’ll be able to play as two versions of Arnold — the original bad guy from 1984’s The Terminator, and as the Eddie Furlong-loving good guy from 1991’s Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Here’s hoping they give you Arnold’s head in create-a-superstar so we can make the True Lies Arnold and have him ride a horse to the ring.

I hope the Curb Stomp survived long enough to make it into the game. If the fight scene from Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines taught us nothing else, it’s that The Terminator’s finishers are the chokeslam and the Curb Stomp.
