The Domestic Battery Charges Against Impact Wrestling’s Bram Have Been Dropped

According to a statement given to PWInsider by Bram’s attorney Brandon M. Daniels, all charges against the Impact Wrestling performer have been dropped:

“Our office is pleased to announce that Mr. Latimer’s case has been successfully resolved, resulting in a decision by the State Attorney’s office whereby they have declined to prosecute our client on the aforementioned charges. Our office has always maintained that once the entirety of the facts, evidence and witness statements are brought forth, our client would be exonerated of the allegations.”

Back in August, Bram was arrested in Gulfport, Florida, and charged with one count of domestic battery by strangulation, and one count of false imprisonment. The following was released by the Gulfport Police Department following the arrest:

The officers observed evidence indicative of a physical altercation, and their investigation revealed that, after the couple had been arguing, the woman felt threatened and sought refuge in her bedroom.

Latimer followed her into the bedroom, closed the door, and refused to allow her to leave. He then pushed the woman onto the bed and was holding her down by her neck

Bram was then suspended from TNA shortly after his arrest. Despite the suspension, Bram was still featured on television and on social media promotions for Impact Wrestling’s World Title Series, a tournament to crown a new World Heavyweight Champion, as part of Group UK.

As of today, Bram has officially been reinstated by TNA:
