The early returns on Amy Schumer’s new movie Trainwreck have been pretty good. It boasts an 85 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and has reportedly made more than $44 million since being released last week.
One of the many people who have received acclaim for their role in the film is John Cena. So far, the only knock against the 12-time WWE World Heavyweight Champion – if you think Schumer wasn’t joking around during a recent interview on Australian television, even though she probably was – is that he doesn’t know how sex scenes work in movies. Other than that, people have loved Cena as Schumer’s boyfriend Steven.
TMZ decided to catch up with Cena’s fellow WWE superstar Big Show to discuss, among other things, Cena’s performance in the movie. Namely, TMZ wanted to talk to the World’s Largest Athlete about Cena being semi-nude in the film. While Big Show laughed and asserted that he has seen Cena naked “a lot in the locker room,” he didn’t really want to talk about it.
The TMZ reporter decided to quickly change the subject to Big Show’s college basketball career, presumably at the risk of getting chokeslammed if he kept pressing about Cena in his birthday suit.
