Here Are The Complete NXT Taping Spoilers For May 25, 2017

On Wednesday night, the Yellow Brand held their latest batch of television tapings at Full Sail. Please be aware that everything you read in the subsequent paragraphs is an actual, massive, legitimate spoiler for what will happen over the next several weeks of NXT television. You may read on only at your own risk. But if you’re the sort of person who just simply cannot wait until next week to find out what happens next, congratulations! This post is for you!

These tapings should take NXT television through at least the next three weeks.

Results from the 5/25/17 NXT tapings:

Jeet Rama defeated Chris Silvio. This was a dark match.

1. Tyler Bate defeated Steve Cutler. This may have also been a dark match.

— Tommaso Ciampa came to the ring on crutches. The crowd chanted “Why, Ciampa, why?” Ciampa invited Johnny Gargano to the ring so he could give him an explanation, then remembered Gargano isn’t here tonight. He said that he got an injury two days before TakeOver, and it didn’t even take fans 24 hours to start thinking of dream partners for Johnny. That’s when he realized he was an afterthought. He said he knew after the match that he was injured, and if he went away for a long time, Gargano would replace him. That’s when he made his choice. He said it’s Gargano’s fault that #DIY is done, and if Ciampa has to go away, then he’d make sure Johnny went away, too. He said that when he returns, he will be the most dangerous man in professional wrestling, and everyone is on notice.

2. Pete Dunne defeated Danny Burch. After the match, Dunne got on the microphone and said history will remember the beginning of WWE U.K. was the coronation of Pete Dunne.

3. Cezar Bononi defeated Andrade “Cien” Almas. Bononi won via pinfall with a small package.

4. Kassius Ohno and Roderick Strong defeated Eric Young and Alexander Wolfe. No Way Jose made his return and helped the babyfaces win and then run off SAnitY.

— Dana Warrior presented a WWE Hero award to a local teacher in recognition of her charity work.

5. Heavy Machinery defeated Lars Sullivan and an unidentified partner. Lars Sullivan is the rechristened Dylan Miley. Sullivan once again beat down his partner after the loss.

6. Peyton Royce defeated Sarah Logan. Logan is the rechristened “Crazy” Mary Dobson.

7. Hideo Itami NC Oney Lorcan. The match was waved off after Itami delivered three Go To Sleeps and showed no intention of attempting a pinfall. Ohno came out to try and talk some sense into Itami, but Itami slapped him. Ohno shoved Itami, and Itami finally took his leave.

8. Killian Dain defeated No Way Jose. Dain now has his own music, which is a remix of the normal SAnitY theme.

— Roderick Strong came out and thanked the fans, and said he’s coming for the NXT Championship. Bobby Roode came out and mocked Strong, and said that Strong will have to earn his way to the title, he can’t just win the Booby Roode lottery. He called Strong a good hand and said that if he stays in his lane, maybe they can take a selfie together someday. He said that Strong isn’t man enough to challenge him, so he should stay out of the Bobby Roode lottery.

9. Drew McIntyre defeated Rob Ryzin.

10. Ember Moon defeated Peyton Royce.

11. The Authors of Pain defeated Beastly Brody and a partner. After the match, Paul Ellering said Heavy Machinery are foolish to challenge the Authors, because the Authors have defeated everybody, and Heavy Machinery wouldn’t even be a footnote in their story. Heavy Machinery came out and stared the Authors down until Ellering and the Authors took their leave.

12. The Velveteen Dream defeated Raul Mendoza.

13. NXT Women’s Championship Triple Threat Elimination Match: Asuka (c) vs. Ruby Riot vs. Nikki Cross ended in a no contest. Cross eliminated Riot first. Asuka and Cross then brawled to the back, and the referee declared the bout a no contest. They continued the fight back into the arena and over to the announcer’s booth and fell off some scaffolding.

14. SAnitY defeated the Ealy Brothers.

15. Sonya DeVille defeated Rachael Ellering.

16. Aleister Black defeated Kassius Ohno. It is possible that this was also a dark match, although it was the main event of the evening.
