Back in August, scary news broke about a shooting outside the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The man who was shot was 29-year-old Armando Montalvo, a WWE-obsessive who was “fixated on a female WWE performer” and had already gotten in trouble for repeatedly trespassing at the PC and smearing milk-feces on its walls.
Orlando’s WFTV Channel 9 has released footage of the incident, including the reason for the shooting, seen above. There’s a certain level of humor to it — the guy is obviously deranged, doing Shawn Michaels poses outside the doors while people laugh at him and demanding to be signed so he can become the “undisputed best NXT wrestler of all-f*cking-time” — but it’s also frightening, especially when he picks up a rock and charges at a sheriff’s deputy. Thankfully, the video doesn’t include the actual shooting and isn’t graphic, but it tells you everything you need to know. Pro-tip: If you want to become a wrestler, don’t harass WWE until they’ve filed court orders to keep you away, and don’t follow that up by trying to attack local law enforcement with Performance Center parking lot stones.
Montalvo is scheduled to go to trial for the incident in February of 2016.
