Although Sasha Banks defeated Charlotte this past Monday night to become a two-time Raw Women’s Champion, one has to assume that Team Red’s resident “Queen” won’t take her loss lying down. What might the newly former titleholder have in store for The Boss three weeks before their rematch at WWE Hell in a Cell? (via WWE.com)
Our five-point preview:
1. Be sure to read the Best and Worst of No Mercy before tonight’s Raw. I mean, they don’t have anything to do with each other, but go read it anyway!
2. In the night’s most important development, Braun Strowman has promised that if Mick Foley doesn’t give him competition, he’ll take out his aggression on Foley. Our fantasy booking: James Ellsworth returns, but with ROCKET HANDS. ANY MAN WITH TWO ROCKET HANDS.
3. Brian Kendrick made the Cruiserweight Champion tap out last week, so this week WWE.com’s like, “did Brian Kendrick earn a cruiserweight title shot?” I hope the answer is no, and that Kendrick beats Perkins in another non-title match tonight. Why not!
4. Sasha Banks vs. Charlotte and Rusev vs. Roman Reigns are both set for Hell in a Cell, so expect a lot of HOW WILL THIS RIVALRY ESCALATE hype that boils down to, “they argue and then slap each other.”
5. Danny Masterson and Ashton Kutcher have entered the NJPW World Tag League. Will they be able to defeat Kurtwood Smith and Wilmer Valderrama?
