WWE Raw Hit Its Highest Ratings In Months And The Best Numbers Since WrestleMania

We’ve written a lot about WWE Raw’s ratings going down the toilet (no, I mean a lot) (I’m not kidding) (it’s all we ever talk about), so here’s some good news for a change: Monday’s edition of Raw hit its highest ratings numbers since June.

The episode — which featured the return of The Rock, the Raw debut of AJ Styles, Triple H as the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion and, perhaps most importantly, Bo Dallas defeating Flo Rida in a battle rap — drew a 2.93 rating, from last week’s 2.45. The viewership numbers were up to 4.098 million, up from last week’s 3.496 million, with a 1.49 rating in the 18–49 demographic. While the ratings are the best since the June 15 episode of Raw, those demo numbers are the best since March 30, right after WrestleMania 31.

That’s good news for the company, and here’s hoping the trend continues. You can’t debut the best wrestler to never compete regularly for WWE and bring back the world’s biggest international movie star every week, but with WrestleMania season upon us, now’s the time to get as many eyes on the product as possible.

Here’s the breakdown, via Showbuzz Daily:

8 PM: 1.44 demo rating (4.140 million viewers)
9 PM: 1.53 demo rating (4.183 million viewers)
10 PM: 1.51 demo rating (3.972 million viewers)
