Be back tomorrow for the Best and Worst of WWE raw column.

WWE Raw results:

– The show began with John Cena standing in the center of the ring surrounded by a steel cage, discussing his upcoming match against Bray Wyatt. He was interrupted by a children’s choir and Wyatt, who led them in song. The segment ended with all the kids wearing sheep masks.

1. WWE Tag Team Championship Match: The Usos (c) defeated Rybaxel. The Usos retained the tag team championships by hitting a splash on Curtis Axel while he was mid-Perfect Plex.

2. Sheamus defeated Titus O’Neil. Sheamus won a quick match with a Brogue Kick.

– Dolph Ziggler and Hugh Jackman palled around in the ring. They were interrupted by Damien Sandow dressed as Magneto, who insulted them and claimed to have mutant magnetism powers. Jackman and Ziggler beat him up.

3. Cesaro defeated Jack Swagger. Cesaro pinned Swagger with a German duplex.

4. Alberto Del Rio defeated Cody Rhodes. Del Rio won via submission with an armbreaker. After the match, Cody was visibly upset, refusing help from Goldust.

5. Alexander Rusev defeated Xavier Woods. Rusev won by disqualification when R-Truth showed up and attacked him, preventing him from locking on the Accolade on Woods.

6. 3MB (Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal) defeated Los Matadores. Slater won the match with an implant DDT thanks to some probably unnecessary outside distractions from Hornswoggle and El Torito. Swoggle and Torito will be competing on the Extreme Rules pre-show in a “Wee-LC Match.” Their joke, not mine.

– Stephanie McMahon brought out Daniel Bryan to apologize for what Kane did, but he refused to accept it. Stephanie put Brie Bella into a match for the Divas Championship to further “apologize.”

7. WWE Championship Match: Paige (c) vs. Brie Bella went to a no contest? Who knows. The match ended when Kane came up through a hole in the ring and tried to drag Brie Bella into it. Daniel Bryan fought him off, but Brie kept being “frozen in fear” and basically running back into harms way. Bryan hit Kane with a wrench, but he recovered and chokeslammed an already injured Bryan.

8. Intercontinental Championship No. 1 Contender Tournament Finals: Bad News Barrett defeated Rob Van Dam. Van Dam seemingly had the match won when Cesaro appeared to cause a distraction. Jack Swagger showed up to attack Cesaro, but was sent into the crowd. RVD briefly fought off Cesaro, but the distraction was enough for Barrett to block a Five Star Frog Splash with his knees and knock out RVD with the Bullhammer Elbow. After the match, Cesaro, Swagger and RVD brawled and Van Dam hit a frog splash on Cesaro.

– Wade Barrett will face Big E for the Intercontinental Championship at Extreme Rules.

9. Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton went to a no contest. Before the match, Ric Flair made his return to Raw to join Evolution, but instead backed The Shield. The match devolved into a 3-on-3 brawl on the outside and was thrown out. Evolution looked like they were going to leave The Shield broken and dismantled, but The Shield was able to mount a comeback and send Evolution fleeing to end the show.
