WWE Raw Results 3/14/16

Here are your quick and dirty, editorial-free WWE Raw results for March 14, 2016. The show feature Sami Zayn facing off against The Miz, and an appearance by The Undertaker.

WWE Raw results:

1. WWE Tag Team Championship Match: The New Day (c) defeated Rusev and Alberto del Rio. Xavier woods rolled up a distracted Rusev to retain. Afterwards the whole of the League of Nations beat up the New Day.

– Ambrose came out to the ring to say that he wishes he could be standing there with the WWE championship. His promo was interrupted by Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar. Heyman says he’s the only thing holding Lesnar back. Ambrose said he doesn’t need it, and ended up scaring Brock off with a crowbar he had hidden in his jacket.

2. Ryback defeated Sin Cara. Ryback got the win after catching Sin Cara in a Shell Shock as he was coming off of the top rope, and then a second Shell Shock to finish him.

– Stephanie McMahon came to the ring to introduce Triple H. He says that people hope Roman Reigns will be the one to finally defeat the authority, but was then interrupted by Dolph Ziggler. Stephanie called him a failure, but Ziggler responded that he knows who he is and he belongs in the ring, and no matter what they say he’ll never quit. Triple H stopped Stephanie from firing him on the spot, and instead challenged Ziggler to a match later in the night. If Ziggler won, he could pick any match he wanted for WrestleMania, excluding for the WWE World HEavyweight Championship.

3. Sami Zayn defeated The Miz. Kevin Owens was on commentary. He distracted The Miz from the outside, allowing Sami Zayn to win with a Helluva Kick.

4. Team B.A.D. defeated Alicia Fox and Brie Bella. Brie was distracted by Lana on the apron, allowing Naomi and Tamina to finish her off.

5. The Usos defeated Adam Rose and Bo Dallas. Jimmy Uso picked up a victory with a Samoan Splash on Bo Dallas.

6. Triple H defeated Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler hit Triple H with a superkick, but could only get a two-count. Triple H then pedigreed Ziggler for the win. Roman Reigns came out after the match and beat down Triple H on the outside.

7. Neville defeated Chris Jericho via DQ. Neville appeared to have inured himself. Jericho took the opportunity to roll him up, but Neville kicked out. Jericho got in the ref’s face and pushed him, and was the disqualified.

– Vince McMahon came out, then brought the Undertaker out to the ring. Vince warns him to never put his hands on him again. The Undertaker takes off his hat and jacket and advances towards Vince. McMahon says that some might call his partnership with the Undertaker an unholy alliance, but he calls it best for business. Shane comes out and says he’s been practicing avoiding The Undertaker and dances around. Shane insists that he’s fighting for the future and legacy of WWE, and also calls Taker a bitch. ‘Taker chokeslams Shane and scares Vince off to close the show.
