The Atlanta Hawks had an awful night at home against the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday night, losing 112-94 and going down as much as 31 points to the injury-depleted Pellies. But it was also Gucci Mane night in ATL, and Guwop’s night couldn’t have been more different than that of his favorite team.

That’s because Gucci is now engaged after proposing to his girlfriend and now fiance Keyshia Kaoir during a break in the action at the Phillips Arena. Keyshia, of course, said yes, after which the Hawks’ DJ Big Tigger dropped Guwop’s 2009 hit “Wasted” because, I guess that’s the right track for the occasion? He really missed the chance to drop “So Icy” right then and that’s too bad because he’ll never get the opportunity again. Although, he did get a perfectly times “Brrr” off to set the mood.

As expected, Gucci gave his new fiance quite the boulder for her hand in marriage, even Dominique Wilkins was impressed.

Guwop also performed during halftime and got the entire Philips Arena to engange in a gigantic #MannequinChallenge because what else are you going to do when his first No. 1 hit “Black Beatles” comes on.
